I cannot send the online order

If, after entering data into the order form and clicking on the Order button, you get the notification that no sample data has been entered and the order is not sent, the most likely explanation is that you are sharing account access with a colleague and the other person has open the same order form.

It is necessary that only one person actively uses the online order form at a time!

We highly recommend that you do not share your login information with anyone else and, conversely, register the lab as such. See here.
