All orders are placed through our web interface. To order analyzes, you must:

• Create a user account on our website and sign in.
• Review our sample preparation and submission guidelines (see the following questions in this section) to prepare samples.
• Select the required NGS service and fill out the order form (for up to 190 samples - in case of having more samples please submit several orders or contact us)
• Send samples to our laboratory according to the instructions in the order form. You can track their processing online in your user profile.
