How tos and FAQs

What if my NGS samples do not pass quality control in SEQme lab?

The key to a successful NGS experiment is starting with a sufficient quantity of high quality material. If this is not the case and your samples do not pass our QC check, we may get back to you and ask for new samples (to be provided ideally as soon as possible), we may postpone your project but in some cases we may also decide to continue with library preparation anyway (depending mainly on how your samples differ from requirements in our Sample submission guidelines).

We reserve the right to decide how to proceed! In summary, please make sure you follow our Sample submission guidelines, this is the most straightforward way to avoid any misunderstandings.

Kindly notice that QC will be charged twice if sample resubmission is needed.
