StandardSeq is the basic protocol, we simply sequence your template. RapidSeq is a faster version of the StandardSeq protocol with automatic data analysis only. CleanSeq is in fact StandardSeq with template cleanup performed beforehand. HairpinSeq is similar to StandardSeq but for difficult templates (GC-rich etc.) and it is the only protocol in our portfolio which also includes bidirectional sequencing. ReadySeq is a supplementary service for clients who prefer not to send templates but ready sequencing products.

Among our NGS protocols, we also have the PlasmidSeq protocol, which, although based on a different technology, gives results in the same format as Sanger sequencing (.ab1 files).
