This does depend on what you order. All samples always undergo a primary data analysis, this is a compulsory part of every NGS order and ends up typically with either UBAM or FASTQ files. In case you do not order additional data analysis services, you will get these data files.
If you order advanced data analysis services the outputs will differ based on your requirements. Please feel free to contact us in case of doubts. We can also provide some example data analysis reports.
